Uru Growth Capital is a brand of The Creative Group LLC. We handle information submitted through the underwriting application as confidential business diligence material.

We collect the business and contact information you enter to evaluate Growth Capital fit, communicate with you, and prepare internal underwriting materials. Applicant document uploads are currently disabled.

We may use controlled automated and AI-assisted tools to organize and analyze submitted information. These tools do not make final investment decisions; an authorized human reviews decision-relevant output.

We retain application and underwriting information only for the applicable evaluation, operational, security, dispute, and recordkeeping periods. You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to documented retention requirements.

Portfolio Companies retain ownership of their business data. Uru accesses only the reporting streams the Portfolio Company grants during the engagement.
