Uru Growth Capital is a brand of The Creative Group LLC. We handle information submitted through the underwriting application as confidential business diligence material.

Round 1 collects a limited set of business, opportunity, and contact information for an initial fit review. Applicants invited to Round 2 provide the fuller operating, financial, customer, and measurement information needed for diligence. Document uploads are currently disabled.

The public Growth Constraint Assessment does not ask for your name, business name, email, phone, exact revenue, documents, credentials, customer information, or free text. Assessment answers and the resulting readiness report remain in your current browser session and are not sent to Uru, Supabase, analytics, email, or another service.

You can clear the assessment with its restart control. Closing the browser session ends the intended local retention. The assessment does not create a Uru account or application.

Applications are open through the application form. Do not email the private assessment report, passwords, customer information, or sensitive documents. Document uploads remain disabled until Uru provides a secure next step.

We may use controlled automated and AI-assisted tools to organize and analyze submitted information. These tools do not make final investment decisions; an authorized decision-maker reviews decision-relevant output.

We retain application and underwriting information only for the applicable evaluation, operational, security, dispute, and recordkeeping periods. You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to documented retention requirements.

Portfolio Companies retain ownership of their business data. Uru accesses only the reporting streams the Portfolio Company grants during the engagement.
