Uru works with established businesses that have a clear opportunity to grow. We create or pay for a specific revenue-generating asset, then receive an agreed share of the revenue that asset produces for as long as the business uses it.
What the firm does
Uru reviews the business, identifies a specific obstacle to growth, and determines whether an asset can help solve it. The asset could be equipment, software, a sales system, a website, or another tool that can be tied to new revenue.
What the firm does not do
Uru does not give businesses unrestricted cash. Uru does not buy equity and does not charge a standard monthly agency retainer. We invest in a specific asset that both sides agree can generate measurable revenue.
