Public readiness materials and the Growth Constraint Assessment are educational and nonbinding. They are not underwriting, an eligibility decision, an offer, or a recommendation of capital.

Assessment answers remain in the current browser session and are not submitted to Uru. The assessment creates no account, review request, or application.

Applications are open through a staged process. Round 1 is an initial fit review. Round 2 is available by invitation and requests fuller diligence information. Submission at either round does not constitute an offer, acceptance, approval, commitment of capital, promise of terms, or guarantee of a response.

Any later asset-specific arrangement is governed only by a fully executed Asset Revenue Participation Agreement and its deal-specific Exhibit A schedule. Website content does not create or modify those terms.
