How Uru works · Evidence

Six parts of a growth plan worth testing.

These questions help you find the strong and weak parts of the plan. They are not a score or a funding decision.

Demand evidence

What observable record shows customer demand or a sustained capacity signal?

Revenue-path clarity

How might the proposed operating change reach a specific, observable revenue event?

Constraint diagnosis

What evidence suggests this is the limiting step rather than a surrounding symptom?

Candidate-asset thesis

What specific asset or capability may relieve the constraint, and what alternatives were considered?

Deployment readiness

Who owns implementation, and what time, skills, dependencies, and operating capacity are required?

Measurement readiness

Which source record and reconciliation method could be used to observe the result?

Evidence supports the decision

A strong plan still needs someone to own the call.

The assessment can organize the evidence and expose weak assumptions. The owner still has to weigh the cost, risk, timing, and ability to carry out the plan.
