The Investment Committee.

No single analyst can move capital at Uru. Every allocation is reviewed by a committee that advances the memo, returns it for clarification, or declines it.

What the Committee reviews

The Investment Memo, the Growth Capital Score, the constraint map, the attribution model, and the operator's engagement during underwriting. The Committee asks difficult questions. A memo must answer those questions before an opportunity can advance.

How decisions are documented

Every decision is written. Advances are documented with the reason for allocation. Declines are documented with the specific reason for decline. Clarify decisions are documented with the exact question the Committee needs answered.

Cadence

The Committee meets on a scheduled cadence. Emergency allocations do not exist. Every application waits its turn.

What the Committee will not do

It will not advance a memo without a written attribution model. It will not advance a memo where the constraint cannot be named. It will not advance a memo out of urgency.
